Menopause Escape Room

The Menopause Escape Room is a one-of-a-kind, immersive wellness experience created to help midlife women solve the mystery of menopause. Hosted at the UW–Milwaukee Lubar Entrepreneurship Center, this interactive event brings together women-owned health and wellness experts to guide participants through a series of hands-on, escape-room–inspired stations.

Each room invites women to unlock insights around hormones, movement, nutrition, pelvic health, emotional regulation, mindset, relationships, and life transitions. Through problem-solving, education, and shared experience, participants gain practical tools and a deeper understanding of their bodies — leaving empowered to design their next chapter with clarity and confidence.
