Frequently Asked Questions

The Provider Collective is different from a traditional networking group, mastermind, or coaching program, so you may be wondering how it works, what's included, and whether it's the right fit for you. Here are some answers to help you decide if this community is where you belong.

Is The Provider Collective Right for Me?

Who is The Provider Collective for?

The Provider Collective is for women who own or are building a health and wellness practice. This includes therapists, nurse practitioners, physicians, chiropractors, nutritionists, fitness professionals, functional health practitioners, aestheticians, acupuncturists, midwives, doulas, and other women supporting healthier lives through their work.

Is this a networking group or a business mastermind?

Neither. Connection and collaboration are an important part of the Collective, but this isn't about business strategy, marketing, or growing your revenue. It's a space to support the woman behind the practice—while creating genuine relationships with other providers who understand your world.

Do I need to be struggling or burned out to join?

Not at all. You don't have to be burned out to benefit from support. The Collective is for providers who want to recognize patterns before they become overwhelming, create healthier boundaries, stay connected to themselves, and have people to turn to along the way.

What Happens Inside the Collective?

What happens during a Collective gathering?

Each gathering combines connection, conversation, and practical growth. You'll have time to connect with other providers, explore a relevant challenge or topic, share ideas and perspectives, and leave with something you can actually take into your work and life.

How often do we meet?

You'll have one virtual gathering every month, providing a consistent opportunity to connect no matter where you live. In addition, we'll gather in person each quarter, rotating between the Milwaukee, Chicago, and Kenosha areas and hosting at member practices when possible.

What kinds of things will we talk about?

We'll focus on the challenges that come with being both a provider and a practice owner, including boundaries, mental load, decision fatigue, self-trust, work-life integration, stress, overwhelm, and recognizing patterns that can lead to burnout. We'll also make room for the topics you want and need to talk about.

Membership & Commitment

How much does it cost?

Founding membership is $29 per month. This includes the monthly virtual gathering, quarterly in-person gatherings, and access to the Collective community between meetings

What if I can't attend the in-person gathering?

That's exactly why the monthly virtual gathering is part of the membership. You don't have to live in one of the three areas or attend every in-person gathering to belong. The Collective is designed to connect providers across the region while still creating opportunities for meaningful face-to-face connection.

What if I'm not sure I have time for another commitment?

We get it. You're already carrying a lot. The Collective isn't designed to give you another list of things to do. It's designed to give you a place to put some of it down. You choose how much you participate, but the goal is for the time you spend here to give something back to you—not take more from you.

Taking the Next Step

You don't have to wait until you're overwhelmed or burned out to get support.

If you're ready to connect with other women who understand the realities of owning a health and wellness practice, The Provider Collective gives you a place to start.

Come as you are. Bring what you're navigating. Leave with connection, perspective, and support.

Your practice matters.

Your life matters.

And you shouldn't have to choose between them.

Still have questions? That's ok! Schedule a 30 min chat with me here and we will figure it out together.
