HEALTH AND WELLNESS ADVISOR
You Love the Work You Do.
But Who Supports You?

You chose this work because you care about helping people live healthier, more fulfilling lives. But being the person everyone turns to comes with its own challenges. There are clients or patients to support, decisions to make, other people’s needs to carry, and a life waiting for you when the workday ends.

Sometimes you feel overwhelmed by everything pulling at you. Sometimes you have a hard time shutting work off or knowing where to put your own needs. And sometimes, you simply wish you had someone who understood what it's like to be both the provider and the person running the practice.

It doesn't have to feel this way.

You can do meaningful work without allowing it to consume your life. You can feel more confident in your decisions, create healthier boundaries, recognize the patterns that lead to overwhelm, and have more capacity to be present for the people and things that matter outside of work.

That's where I come in.

Coming from a nursing background and with more than 25 years of experience as a leader, mentor, and coach, I've spent my career supporting women through personal and professional growth. As an Accredited Enneagram Coach and creator of the C.A.R.E. Framework, I help women recognize and change the patterns that can keep them overwhelmed, overextended, and disconnected from themselves.
The Provider Collective grew out of conversations with women just like you. I kept hearing some version of:

“I love what I do... but sometimes it feels like I'm carrying it all.”

I created The Provider Collective, a quarterly meetup for Health & Wellness providers in SE Wisconsin, both online and in-person. I believe that women dedicated to helping others lead healthier lives deserve the support they need.

The Provider Collective
The Provider Collective is for women who are facing the realities of working in health and wellness. It isn't a business coaching program or a networking group—it's a community that supports the person behind the practice.
